Cleanliness was excellent, with modern and clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, with a homely feeling and a lovely hotel cat.Parking was convenient, with 24hr access and the option to use the car park after checking out.The location was ideal, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the city center and a short drive to Chester Zoo.

We had an independent and exceptional stay at this hotel. The value for money was fantastic, and we were incredibly impressed with the friendly welcome we received upon check-in. The staff was always visible and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a lot of choice. The premises were very clean, and our room was quiet and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was great, being just a short walk from the city center and also offering free parking onsite.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in and served us during dinner was fantastic. He was professionally trained, polite, and made our stay a charming experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk into the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk of the city centre. It was great to be able to explore this historic city easily, especially since we both graduated from the College at Parkgate campus 31 years ago. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, though old, were well-maintained. We were particularly impressed by the lovely breakfast, which was freshly cooked and presented beautifully. The staff were courteous and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
