The staff were exceptional, especially Mr Ramadan and Mr Saleh at reception, who were very professional. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive. The beachfront location offered stunning views and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful and the service in the restaurants was friendly, particularly from Mr Eid Mohamed and Mr Allam.
