I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The pool area was a highlight, featuring a stunning waterfall, while the restaurant offered a diverse range of delicious dishes. I also appreciated the great location, which, despite being close to the airport, allowed for a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr Elhalwani, the F & B Manager, for enhancing our dining experience with his attentive oversight.

the hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the beach, with stunning views that made each sunset a memorable experience. The diverse restaurant options provided delicious meals, especially at the Paradise Restaurant, where the breakfast spread was fantastic and the service was always prompt and friendly.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delightful, thanks to Chef Fathy's culinary skills and Ammar's friendly service. The staff, especially Maged, Fehad, and managers Ahmed and Mario from reception, were incredibly helpful 24/7. the animation team, including Salah, Oscar, and Klas, kept the fun alive with engaging activities!
