The location of the hotel was ideal for us, as we were attending a concert at a nearby theater. The hotel facilities were impressive and offered a comfortable experience. We found the cleanliness of the hotel to be top-notch. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Mr. Ramadan. The location was fantastic, being close to both Regent Street and Oxford Street. The breakfast was hot, tasty, and plentiful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk or tube ride away from all the attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the reception area was absolutely lovely. The staff provided wonderful customer service, making my anniversary celebration even more special. Although I didn't use the spa, I'm sure it would have been a lovely experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and the price for the room was reasonable at £255 a night midweek. this hotel ticked all the boxes for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, situated right in the heart of central London. I was just a 2-minute walk away from Oxford Street station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool, spa, rooftop bar, and even a cinema. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they even gave me a tour of the hotel, which used to be a jail. The rooms were comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a great stay.
