I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were excellent, especially the waiter Patrick who provided outstanding service. The bar manager on duty was also very helpful. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. The tall, dark-haired lady who served us during breakfast was fantastic. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool, and the atmosphere in the bar was enjoyable with a talented musician. The location was slightly outside the center, but it was still easy to reach via public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the bar staff and housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices and the option to have extras. The location was peaceful and quiet, with easy access to walks in nearby woodland. The room was well-suited for someone with a disability, with a wet room and accessibility features. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were great, and there was even a hairdresser and spa treatments available.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in the picturesque Belvoir Park area of South Belfast. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which we found very relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very clean throughout, and our room was very comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was in a suburb of central Belfast but still right next to the beautiful Lagan Valley park, offering a lovely walk in nature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by lots of trees and parkland. It was also conveniently situated on the ring road, making it a great base for both exploring the city and the countryside. The hotel had a beautiful foyer and a sweeping staircase, giving it a grand and welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an extremely comfy bed. The bathroom was very clean and the room amenities were of high quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel hair dryer that actually worked well, and they even provided complimentary hot chocolate in the room along with tea and coffee. The staff were amazing, from the friendly check-in to the helpful cleaners. The staff at breakfast, especially Magda and Elaine, went above and beyond to make my stay with my little one easier, even washing the baby utensils we used. The hotel also had a fantastic on-site gym and pool, which was a proper health club and not just an afterthought like most hotel gyms. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to young families.
