I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety, including hot options and pastries. The location was fantastic, close to the Metro Centre, making it easy to explore. Plus, parking at the Metro Centre was convenient for getting around.

I was particularly impressed by the breakfast; there was plenty of choice which made mornings delightful. The location was also a highlight, as it was just a short walk to the Metrocentre and only about £8 for a taxi to the arena.
