We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the reception team who quickly turned around a room for us. The accommodation was superb and the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the Freeman Hospital and Wylam Brewerry. We were also able to easily explore Jesmond Dene and find great restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was exceptional, with a superb continental selection and delicious hot food choices. The staff prepared our coffee and tea to our individual tastes and the service was excellent. We have already recommended this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel: the beautiful building and setting made it feel like a million miles away from the city, yet it was conveniently close to Jesmond and Newcastle. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the facilities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel facilities were great.
