I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location by the riverside offered stunning views, and I enjoyed easy access to the bustling Quayside. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm atmosphere that made my experience truly special. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options, including delightful smashed avocado and chilli. the cleanliness of both the public areas and my room was impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying a clean and comfortable room that made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, directly adjacent to the Baltic Gallery and conveniently situated in the city center. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my dining experience truly enjoyable.
