I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. The location was great, very close to the city centre and just a short walk to the castle. The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent facilities. It was well-stocked with teas, coffee, and drinks. The lights and temperature were perfect, creating a comfortable atmosphere. a wonderful experience.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a very warm welcome and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely outdoor bar and seating area that had a relaxed vibe. The room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated in an old world style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, possibly the most comfortable we've ever slept in. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff.

Clean room with great tea/coffee facilities and efficient shower. Convenient carpark and helpful staff who called taxis for us. Location close to the centre of town, within walking distance of shopping area. Lush beer garden providing a nice backdrop on warm sunny days.
