I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as my room was spotlessly clean and beautifully spacious, making it a great value for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the lovely owner, who made my experience even more enjoyable. I loved the convenience of having a little kitchen area to make tea and coffee outside my room, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which was perfect after a night out in town.

I loved the friendly staff and the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The location was superb, being close to the city center and not too far from St James Park, making it convenient for exploring. The room was a good size with a lovely kitchenette, and I appreciated the decent shower and ample TV channels that added to my comfort.
