We loved the hotel’s fantastic location, as it was just a short walk to the Minster and the city walls, making exploration effortless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, genuinely enhancing our experience. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and having a kettle for tea in the room was a delightful touch that made us feel right at home.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and I loved the cozy vibe throughout the building.
