We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the convenient location near main streets and easy access to transportation. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring our check-in was smooth, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We can't forget to mention the fantastic continental breakfast, which was beautifully presented and served by attentive staff.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, which made visiting Kew Gardens a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, and bottled water, while the modern bathroom featured a wonderful shower.
