We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations for local dishes like duck on pumpkin and stir-fried chicken. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We loved the rooftop bar and the view it offered. Transportation options to places like Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Trang An were convenient.

We loved the hotel’s superb location in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short walk to Hoem Khiam lake and a variety of delicious local eateries. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we appreciated the staff's dedication, especially Linh, who made us feel at home throughout our stay. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop bar, where we savored great cocktails while listening to wonderful music.
