I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The location was perfect; being just a five-minute walk from the museums and a minute from Gloucester tube station made getting around a breeze. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which exceeded my expectations, and my room was always clean and comfortable, providing a perfect escape after a busy day.
