I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff. The room I stayed in had a very modernistic look and offered a wonderful view of the bay. The hotel's proximity to the BART station made it very convenient for transportation. I also enjoyed exploring nearby attractions such as Lake Merritt, Jack London Square, and various restaurants and nightlife options. The staff at this hotel were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The room was large, clean, and offered a great view. We loved that we could sign into our Netflix account on the wide screen television. The staff was exceptional and went over and above in terms of accommodating our requests and attentiveness.

The upgraded rooms were nice and the staff were fun and easy to work with if you have a sense of humor and aren't in a hurry. The location is in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to Piedmont, Jack London or Lake Merritt for a little tourism. Plus, there is a convenient BART stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation a breeze.
