I had an amazing stay at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English, making my first ryokan experience delightful. The location was perfect for visiting the Snow Monkey park, and it was very close to the train station. I loved the outdoor onsen; it was beautifully maintained and set at a perfect temperature for relaxation. the cleanliness of the room and facilities was top-notch, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
