I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the facilities were fantastic, particularly the water slides and the heated pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; Gamil and the pool team made my mother's experience truly special. I also loved the variety of food available, especially the freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast and the branded drinks. The hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, making for a comfortable visit.
