The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, especially the Aqua park and pools, were enjoyable for both adults and kids. The staff, particularly Mr Mina and the room service team, were friendly and attentive. The nightly entertainment and varied food options made our stay even more delightful.

The room, located overlooking the pool, was spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted a comfortable bed. The restaurant served delectable and varied dishes, with a commendable salad and pastries section. The staff, notably Mr Raouf at reception and Mr Tag Eldeen in the restaurant, were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The lovely beach, though slightly distant, was easily accessible via the shuttle bus service.
