We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, as everything was spotless every day, especially thanks to Azem’s thorough cleaning. The facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools and a great aqua park that our kids adored. The staff was exceptional, with Mr Hamada always available for assistance and Ehab Abdalhamed serving delicious drinks with a smile at the bar.
