The hotel facilities, especially the pools and beach, were fantastic, allowing for a relaxing experience. Mr George from reception and Mr Mohamed Sobhy, the deputy manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We also loved the delicious breakfast options provided each morning.
