The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Ibrahim and Hisham at the front desk, who promptly resolved any issues. The location was perfect, being close to nightlife spots and offering stunning views throughout the property. The variety of food was exceptional, and we loved the quality and flavors available.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff, especially the waiters. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, and I loved the excellent service provided by the animation team, including Miss Christina, who kept the kids entertained. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the excellent service from the receptionist Ibrahim Abdo and the housekeeper Mahmoed Riad. The pool-sea view was stunning, and the location was ideal for beach activities. Mr Emad Nafea proved to be exceptionally helpful during my visit, while Amir assisted me with any concerns I had. The facilities were well-maintained, making my experience even more pleasant.
